Decentralized Operations Department

Different from other Agents in Argentina, the ships´ operators have their bases at the Port (Decentralized Operations Department, also called D.O.D.), thus they receive first-hand information in the Port and in the same time they are in direct contact with the main actors of the shipment (Captains, Owners, Charterers and Cargo Coordinators). By this way, it is guaranteed a fluent and direct communication between all parties that eases the overcoming of any difficulty and the detection of any opportunity to maximize the turnaround of the ship.

Our daily contact and close relationship with Pilots, Authorities and Terminals, give us the background information needed to keep operators well informed at the time of fixture, avoiding unnecessary surprises when the vessel is already underway.
